SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 1PM AEST, Monday to Sunday, will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1PM AEST will be delivered the next business day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As products on our website are perishable goods, therefore our return and refund policy only lasts 36 hours. If 36 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The best way to change and cancel your order is to call or email us.

 
FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION LIABILITY

Please note, due to seasonal variations and supply, flowers or plants in image shown may be unavailable, however equally eloquent substitutions will be selected.
